Through her work in production design, art direction, scenic art, and graphic design, Jasmin builds visual worlds that help bring stories to life. From developing conceptual environments to collaborating on set with directors and creative teams, her approach combines artistic intuition with practical execution to shape environments that feel intentional and emotionally resonant.
Growing up as a Mexican-American artist, Jasmin developed a deep connection to cultural storytelling, symbolism, and the layered visual language found in memory, heritage, and community. These influences continue to shape her design philosophy, informing how she uses color, texture, architecture, and objects as narrative tools.
Her work explores how physical space can communicate identity, tension, and transformation—whether through film sets, installations, or independent artwork.
Jasmin is the founder of JVCR Studio, a creative studio dedicated to visual storytelling across film, design, and art. Through the studio, she collaborates with filmmakers, brands, and creative teams to develop compelling visual concepts and immersive environments that elevate storytelling.
